Security Officer (SO) – Paya Lebar (Day Full-Timer)

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Security Officer (SO) to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time day shift role in a prominent commercial/educational setting, offering excellent stability and a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage access control at main entrances, checking visitor credentials and issuing passes where necessary.

• Conduct routine foot patrols around the campus premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV and fire alarm panels.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with general inquiries.

• Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual activities to the supervisor immediately.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid PLRD License with Security Officer (SO) grade.

• Completed required PWM training modules for the SO rank.

• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude (essential for an institutional/corporate environment).

• Punctual, alert, and physically fit for regular foot patrols.

• Ability to work effectively in a public-facing role.
