Job Responsibilities
- Perform Patrolling duties for office towers/shopping malls/residential buildings
- Respond to emergencies which includes but not limit to lift traps, power failure, fire/security alarm activation
- Respond promptly to tenants and guests feedback and request
- Report of all security breaches and building defects
- Conduct routine checks to ensure workplace compliance to WSH and other legal requirements, Code of Practice and Singapore standards
- Provide high service standard to tenants and guests towards achieving customer delight
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience as a security officer (Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior role)
- Valid SIRD Security Licence is required
- Shift duty is required with overtime pay on an 8-hour rotating shift, 6 days a week
