Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Security Surveillance and Response: Responsible to monitor security operations and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.

• Operational Support: Support the security operations center by responding to emergencies and providing real-time updates.

• Customer Service and Professionalism: Responsible to maintain a professional demeanour, deliver good customer service and provide assistance in accordance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

• Access Control and Enforcement: Responsible to manage casino entry and exit points and verify identification eligibility in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Compliance: Responsible to ensure compliance with governmental legislation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Additional Duties: Responsible to escort or carry valuables as required, high-value items, and documentation and perform other tasks within the resort as directed by management.

Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.

• Minimum GCE `N level or an equivalent qualification.

• Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
