RESPONSIBILITIES
. Security Surveillance and Response: Responsible to monitor security operations and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
. Operational Support: Support the security operations center by responding to emergencies and providing real-time updates.
. Customer Service and Professionalism: Responsible to maintain a professional demeanour, deliver good customer service and provide assistance in accordance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
. Access Control and Enforcement: Responsible to manage casino entry and exit points and verify identification eligibility in accordance with regulatory requirements.
. Compliance: Responsible to ensure compliance with governmental legislation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
. Additional Duties: Responsible to escort or carry valuables as required, high-value items, and documentation and perform other tasks within the resort as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS
. Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
. Minimum GCE `N level or anequivalent qualification.
. Ensure and maintain customer servicestandards & uphold professionalism.
. A team player with good communicationand interpersonal skills.
. Possess a valid Police Licensing& Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.
. Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights,weekends and public holidays.
