Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to security procedures while providing professional surveillance of customers, property, and premises using observation and electronic systems.
- Maintain situational awareness, assess risks, and ensure proper merchandise control.
- Manage entrance duties by greeting clients, monitoring access, and preventing unauthorized activities.
- Conduct patrols and inspections, enforce policies, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Monitor and respond to incidents and alarms, including coordination with the Remote Operation Center (ROC) and completing investigations.
- Maintain records, manage keys, support team operations, and assist with opening and closing of the premises.
Key Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experience in law enforcement or luxury retail/hotel security
- Certified and trained Security Officer with relevant higher education, ideally in security, and strong technological and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a multicultural, professional environment.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Flexible to work shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
