Security Officer (Hotel Havelock / Merchant)

Job Description

We are looking for committed and service-oriented Security Officers to be deployed at a hotel environment in the Havelock / Merchant area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform access control and lobby security duties

• Monitor CCTV and hotel premises

• Conduct regular patrols within the property

• Handle incidents and emergency situations

• Provide assistance and customer service to hotel guests and staff

• Maintain proper occurrence reports and daily records

Working Hours

• 12 hour shift (Day)

• 5/6/5/6 work schedule

• Approximately 24 working days per month

• Required to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled

Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security Officer licence

• Well-groomed and presentable

• Good customer service attitude

• Able to work in a hotel environment

• Responsible and punctual
