This role protects the salon through active surveillance and risk assessment. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, patrolling facilities, documenting incidents, and responding to alarms. Strong awareness, professionalism, and teamwork are essential to maintaining a safe environment.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the premises through patrols, surveillance, and adherence to salon security procedures
- Greet and manage customer entry/exit while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment
- Assess risks and control merchandise, documenting incidents and enforcing security regulations
- Respond to alarms and coordinate with ROC, completing investigations and reports accurately
- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and manage keys responsibly
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties and assisting with other assigned tasks
- Maintain strong situational awareness, identify risks, and support merchandise control
Requirements
- Min 5 years of law enforcement, hotel or luxury security retail experience
- Trained security officer with relevant certification
