Security Officer cum Caretaker

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain alertness to deter, detect, and respond to any crime or incidents.

2. Protect the safety and security of the premises, students, staff, and assets.

3. Monitor and handle enquiries from visitors, residents, contractors, movers, and renovation works.

4. Patrol premises regularly and log incidents accurately report all incidents to management.

5. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of pathways, playgrounds, and surrounding grounds.

6. Conduct weekly cleaning of glass panels, sandpits, and ecological fish pond areas to ensure hygiene and safety.

7. Assist with light maintenance work, minor repairs, and equipment checks as required.

8. Maintain professional conduct to uphold the company and client image.

9. Follow safety protocols and school guidelines in all security and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum PSLE education.

2. No criminal record.

3. Must possess two (2) basic Licensing Modules (security).

4. Ability to work independently, outdoors, and adapt to different weather conditions.
