Basic Operational Functions include:
- Register and issue visitor and contractor passes.
- Control and monitor materials and equipment movement (in/out of premises).
- Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols to ensure there are no fire hazards, vandalism, trespassing, or suspicious persons/activities on the property.
- Respond promptly to fire alarm activations training will be provided to ensure familiarity with fire safety procedures and evacuation protocols.
- Follow up with incident reports of various natures concerning the company's property and interests.
- Maintain accurate records of occurrences and complete all necessary documentation during each duty shift.
- Enforce the company's safety and security policies/regulations for visitors, tenants, and staff in a professional and impartial manner.
- Report and update any suspicious movements, discrepancies, or deviations from standard procedures and practices.
Requirement
- Experience working in a construction environment
- Able to communicate (speak and write) in English
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 10-hour shift (Day/Night rotation)
- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents may apply
