Responsibilities:
. Coordinate and manage obsolescence/security-related projects and assessments across GMET division
. Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and other stakeholders (including vendors) when necessary
. Monitor and track remediation efforts/budgets for obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and other security-related projects
. Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards and reports to management
. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximize value and minimize risk
. Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs
. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes
