As a
Security Executive, you are responsible for the following key areas:
- Staff and Guest Security
- Life Safety / Emergency Preparedness
- Departmental Safety and Loss Control
- Other Safety / Loss Cohtrol Activities
- Training
- Discipline
Key Reponsibilities- Staff and Guest Security
- Maintain high standards of security service to guest and employees
- Enforce hotel rules and regulations
- Life Safety / Emergency Preparedness
- Be conversant with all emergency procedures
- Handle emergency situations
- Departmental Safety / Loss Activities
- Departmental compliance with Shangri-La Safety / Health and Loss Control Standard
- Maintain employee awareness
- Other Safety / Loss Control Activities
- Protection of Guest and Hotel assets
- Training
- Conducts orientation and induction of new employees on the security aspect
- Prepaare annual training plan
- Conducts technical job knowledge training
- Analyse training needs
- Discipline
- Actively participate in activities, on-the-job trainings organised by Director of Security
Key Requirements
- Has prior experience in the field of Security, preferably for 2 years and above
- Has a valid SO license
