Security Engineer (Pre Sales)

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Security Engineer (Pre‑Sales) to join our client's team.

This role serves as the critical link between advanced cybersecurity technologies and client business needs. The engineer will lead the technical sales cycle by crafting resilient security architectures, conducting Proof of Concepts and Proof of Value engagements, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Translate complex security concepts into clear, practical solutions for both technical and business audiences. Develop end‑to‑end architectures tailored to each client's risk profile and operational requirements.
• Technical Validation: Oversee PoC and PoV initiatives, including environment setup, policy configuration, and demonstration of product capabilities to prove business value.
• Proposal Management: Own the technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with specifications and delivering high‑quality documentation.
• Partner Enablement: Support channel partners through training, joint customer engagements, and architectural guidance to expand market presence.
• Client Advisory: Act as a trusted technical consultant, strengthening long‑term client relationships by providing ongoing support and industry insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Networking, or related IT discipline.
• Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISP, CISA, CISM, CEH.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity.
• 2+ years in pre‑sales or solution architecture roles.
• Prior experience with a technology vendor is highly advantageous.
• :Strong command of written and spoken English & Chinese, as the role will support clients based in GCR.
