We are partnering with a leading Singapore-based organization seeking a senior Security Architecture leader to drive secure-by-design practices, enterprise security architecture and AI security initiatives across a large-scale technology environment. This role will report to the CISO directly, while managing a small team of 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling activities across enterprise applications, cloud platforms and technology transformation initiatives.
- Develop and promote secure reference architectures, security standards and design patterns to strengthen security-by-design adoption.
- Partner with engineering, platform and DevOps teams to integrate security into development lifecycles and technology delivery processes.
- Drive improvements in DevSecOps, security automation and developer security enablement programs.
- Design and enhance enterprise identity and access management architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Establish security governance, controls and guardrails for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI-enabled platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams to improve the overall security posture.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or a related discipline, with more than 10 years of relevant working experience, ideally with recent years of leadership experience.
- Strong software engineering background with prior hands-on development experience.
- Experience leading security architecture, application security or technology consulting teams.
- Strong expertise in security architecture, threat modelling, cloud security and secure system design.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide security initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of modern application security and DevSecOps practices, including security testing, automation and cloud-native security controls.
- Exposure to AI security, AI governance and emerging technology risks would be highly advantageous.
- Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications are preferred.
