Job Summary:
We are seeking a consultant with strong experience in Securities Transformation Program (Cash Equity, listed derivatives)
Job Responsibilities
- Role will be a consultant delivering the end-to-end project - Study lead, Program governance - Steering committees, Planning, budget.
- Strong functional understanding of a Front to Back to Finance view, Trade processing and Backoffice functions - Booking systems, Documentation, Settlement, Accounting, Risk & PNL, Reconciliation, Regulatory reporting, Corporate Actions.
- Should work as the Study leader for the project driving the front to back study, target architecture definition, running the study governance, Gap analysis and produce business requirements documents.
- Run program governance with streams identified and running regular Operational and steering committees, perform IT PLC processes including IT validation committee and other approvals.
- Coordinate and secure different approvals needed as necessary from the respective compliance and legal teams, outsourcing process validations etc
Job Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's in degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in CIB products. Overall, not more than 15 years of relevant experience.
- Must have minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in working on Securities business (Cash Equity, listed derivatives) - Calypso product knowledge, Market order execution and clearing, pre trade systems, custody.
- Experience in working as a Study leader for the project driving the front to back transformation project.
- Study, target architecture definition, handled the study governance, gap analysis and produce business requirements documents.
- Worked as a Migration study lead and Testing lead defining the testing strategy, migration strategy and plan.
- Strong knowledge of IT project lifecycle and governance processes.
- High‑level understanding of banking application infrastructure (systems and application landscape, not hardware).
- Must to have functional knowledge of the trade lifecycle, with a 360° view across: Front Office - booking systems, trade capture / Middle Office - risk, P&L till Back Office - settlements, accounting, documentation, regulatory reporting.
- Experience acting as a project change lead, defining migration and testing strategies and driving execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with the COO and senior leadership in a high‑visibility environment.
