Our client, QUALICA Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, is looking for a Section Manager, Retail Solutions Office, to join their team to drive its business development activities and oversee the end-to-end operations of its IT service solutions for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role focuses on expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery and performance of retail/F&B technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow IT service offerings within the F&B sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B operators, franchise groups, and key stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Manage project implementation of retail systems (e.g., POS systems, ERP integrations, payment solutions, inventory management platforms).
- Ensure timely deployment, system integration, and post-implementation support.
- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for major clients.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service reviews.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budget planning, cost control, and profitability of the section.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT services, retail technology, or F&B technology solutions.
- Proven track record in business development and operations management.
- Experience implementing POS systems, retail ERP, digital payment systems, or cloud-based retail platforms.
- Strong understanding of the F&B operational environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Able to speak, read and write Japanese due to customer pool
