Responsibilities

  • A) Work independently and lead a team of Engineering Engineers (Process) to achieve Fab targets (eg. quality, fab yield, cost, cycle time) and to achieve fab improvements.
  • B) Lead team to support cross functional activities within fabs. Provide guidance and technical knowledge within ST and PTC Liaise with external suppliers and professionals from other sites to provide specific needs for the department (Process Technical Committee).
  • C) Responsible for training, mentoring, career planning and annual performance management review with Subordinates Provide cross-functional support (cross-fab/cross-dept) whenever necessaryand Superior.
  • D) Responsible to plan and initiate mission for own Section and support company missions.
  • E) Be a role model for ownership of job reponsibilities and Organisation's values, as well as cascading our Organisation's visions to the team.
  • F) Involvement in cross-fab as interface in enhancing management skills and providing guidance and support when needed

Job Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, materials science, or chemistry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite for data analysis and reporting
  • English language proficiency to communicate effectively within a global team
  • Energetic and exhibits team leader behaviour
  • Able to align team priority to company vision
  • Demonstrated expertise in wafer fab process engineering with at least 5 years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a leader or manager.
  • Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and 8D problem-solving methodologies
