Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administration Duty , Floor/ Office equipment maintenance
  • Meeting scheduling and arrangement
  • Cooperate within department/inter company
  • Planning & Organizing department activities


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience direct and or related experience in secretary role.
  • Be able to adapt to new environment rapidly and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a service-oriented personality.
  • Exposure to high volume manufacturing environment preferred.
