Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Secretary cum Recruitment Executive to provide administrative support and recruitment coordination, enabling smooth daily operations and growth within our insurance agency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and events to optimize management and consultant time
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support effective communication and decision-making
- Handle documentation, policy submissions, and operational follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Maintain and organize filing systems to support efficient office operations and information retrieval
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and consultants to facilitate daily business functions
- Liaise professionally with clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and service delivery
- Assist in recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and following up with candidates to streamline hiring processes
- Support onboarding processes for new consultants to facilitate smooth integration into the agency
- Coordinate recruitment events, career talks, and agency activities to enhance talent acquisition efforts
- Manage recruitment database and candidate records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Support social media postings and recruitment marketing initiatives to promote agency opportunities
- Assist management in expanding and growing the agency team through effective recruitment support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior administrative, recruitment, or insurance experience is an advantage
