Job Description:
. Responsible for all secretarial duties and administrative tasks all correspondences and other documents as assigned by GM.
. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting guests.
. Serving coffee or tea to guests.
. Book flights and accommodation for staff and guests.
. Book meeting room.
. Manage staff schedules (including WFH arrangements) and staff leave records using Excel.
. Manage employee shuttle bus schedules, including boarding and drop-off arrangements.
. Take care of expat yearly income tax and AGM(Annual General Meeting) documents etc. liaise with Auditors and Company Secretary.
. Check travel claim and expense claim for staff and filling.
. Act as the main point of contact for HR outsourcing vendors and coordinate HR-related matters.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the company.
Requirements:
. Diploma holder and above.
. At least 3 years of working experience in Secretarial, Admin or any Support related field.
. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Team worker, Supportive
. Honest/ sincere and trustworthy.
