- Daily management and administration assistance
- Scheduling of appointment, booking of meeting rooms (or external venue as may be required), arrange conference call, etc.
- Attend selected meetings and preparation of meeting minutes as necessary.
- Business travel arrangements including but not limited to booking of tickets, transportation, hotels.
- Preparing documents for business travel (e.g. visa application), processing expenses claims
- Received and process internal and external mail
- Assist with presentations, reports, emails and letters.
- Organizing internal and external events, including periodic team meetings, retreat, e.g. official get togethers as needed.
- Assisting with obtaining signatories
