We are looking for a Secondary School Pedagogue to play a key role in supporting the effective implementation and ongoing development of the pedagogy across a group of international schools. Reporting to the Group Head of Pedagogy, this position works closely with the central Pedagogy Team, as well as school leaders and teaching staff, to promote best practice in curriculum design, teaching, learning, and assessment. The role involves mentoring, building staff capacity, and contributing to curriculum development and alignment across schools within the organisation globally.

This role provides pedagogical leadership across a group of international schools, with a focus on supporting curriculum innovation, alignment, and inquiry-driven, learner-centred practice informed by frameworks such as IB, IPC/IMYC, and Cambridge. It involves designing and supporting curriculum and assessment practices, delivering professional learning for staff, and facilitating workshops and training both locally and internationally. The role includes mentoring and coaching teachers and leaders, conducting school visits to observe practice and provide feedback, and helping schools strengthen reflective teaching cultures. It also contributes to curriculum development through data analysis, research, and the creation of professional learning resources, as well as supporting assessment design. In addition, the position plays a part in wider organisational projects such as curriculum alignment, digital and AI initiatives, and school improvement planning.

We are looking for candidates with the following education, skills and experience:

At least a recognised Degree in Education or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a pedagogical leadership role (e.g., Senior Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Academic Lead).

Proven experience in secondary education and experience with curriculum frameworks such as (IBPYP/IBMYP/IBDP), International Curriculum Association (IPC/IMYC) and/or Cambridge International Education.

Strong knowledge of subject-based learning and teaching practices in at least two subject areas.

The role requires periodic travel to support overseas schools

Experience working across multiple schools or campuses and leading professional development at scale.

Demonstrated ability to build trust, coach peers, and drive meaningful pedagogical change.
