Secondary 3 IP Mathematics Tutor (A-Math & E-Math)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible tutor to guide a Secondary 3 Integrated Programme (IP) student in Additional Mathematics (A-Math) and Elementary Mathematics (E-Math).

The tutor will help the student strengthen conceptual understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare for school assessments. Lessons should be structured, engaging, and tailored to the student's learning pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tutoring for Secondary 3 IP Mathematics (A-Math and E-Math)

• Explain mathematical concepts clearly and guide the student through problem-solving techniques

• Provide additional practice questions and review school assignments/tests

• Track the student's progress and adjust teaching approach accordingly

• Prepare the student for upcoming school assessments and examinations

Job Requirements

• Strong background in Mathematics

• Familiar with Singapore Secondary School Mathematics syllabus (A-Math and E-Math)

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred

• Patient, responsible, and able to explain concepts clearly

• Able to commit consistently to scheduled lessons

• Experience teaching Secondary School or IP students
