职位定位

你需要:

• 能独立完成高标准婚纱修改
• 能在试身过程中直接面对新娘沟通
• 能在现场快速判断问题并提出解决方案

你需要理解:

新娘试身不仅是技术执行,更是情绪管理与高压沟通场景。

1. 婚纱修改与技术执行

• 完成高质量婚纱修改,包括:尺寸调整、结构修改、裙摆长度、胸型调整、马甲结构等
• 熟悉处理精细面料:蕾丝、薄纱、真丝、钉珠、刺绣等
• 确保婚纱合身、稳定且适合婚礼当天穿

2. 问题解决与创意能力

• 快速判断版型问题并提出解决方案
• 在标准修改无法解决时,提供创意性调整
• 平衡美观效果与穿着舒适度

3. 工作效率与执行力

• 在紧凑时间内完成修改工作
• 同时处理多件婚纱与不同时间节点

4. 品质把控

• 确保每件婚纱达到高端标准
• 在客户发现前提前识别问题(版型 / 结构 / 细节)

任职要求(必须具备)

技术能力

• 5-10年以上经验:婚纱 / 礼服修改 或 制作经验
• 熟悉服装结构(不仅是简单修改)
• 有高端或精细面料处理经验

客户沟通能力(关键)

• 能直接面对客户沟通
• 具备良好的同理心与情绪控制能力
• 能处理:客户焦虑临时需求变化高期望沟通场景

加分项

• 有婚纱定制 / 高级订制经验
• 曾独立负责客户试身
• 对女性身形比例有良好审美判断
• 能将专业技术用简单方式向客户解释

As we scale to the next stage of growth, we are building a new generation of seamstresses who are not just technically strong, but also confident in managing high-touch client interactions.

Who This Role Is For

This is not a backroom seamstress role.

You are someone who:

• Can execute high-level alterations with precision
• Can face clients directly during fittings with empathy and confidence
• Can problem-solve on the spot when gowns don't fit perfectly (which is often)

You understand that:

A bride's fitting is not just technical - it is emotional, time-sensitive, and high-stakes.

Core Responsibilities

1. Bridal Fittings & Client Interaction

• Lead and execute gown fittings with brides (with or without stylist support)
• Communicate adjustments clearly and confidently to clients
• Manage expectations with tact, reassurance, and professionalism
• Handle anxious or demanding clients calmly

2. Alterations & Technical Execution

• Perform high-quality alterations on luxury gowns:Resizing, restructuring, hemming, bust adjustments, corsetry work
• Work with delicate fabrics:Lace, tulle, silk, embellishments, beading
• Ensure gowns are flattering, secure, and event-ready

3. Problem Solving & Creativity

• Diagnose fit issues quickly and propose solutions on the spot
• Adapt designs when standard alterations don't work
• Balance aesthetic integrity + client comfort

4. Speed & Operational Efficiency

• Execute alterations within tight timelines
• Work across multiple gowns and deadlines simultaneously
• Support peak periods (weekends / high volume fittings)

5. Quality Control

• Ensure every gown leaving the boutique meets luxury standards
• Spot issues before the client does (fit, structure, finishing)

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

Technical

• 5-10+ years experience in: Bridal / evening gown alterations OR gown-making
• Strong knowledge of: Garment construction (not just alterations)
• Experience working with delicate, high-value fabrics

Client-Facing Ability (CRITICAL)

• Comfortable speaking directly to clients during fittings
• Strong empathy, patience, and emotional control
• Able to handle: Difficult conversations
• Last-minute changes
• High expectations

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in bridal couture / made-to-measure gowns
• Previously handled fittings independently
• Strong sense of aesthetic judgement on body proportions
• Able to explain technical adjustments in simple, client-friendly language
