Job Description

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints relating to Ocean freight.
  • Coordinate, receive and process shipments from booking/arrival to delivery
  • Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary clearance/shipping documents
  • Assist to manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors administratively and operationally.
  • Checking of actual cost versus sell rate and ensure shipment is not under deficit.
  • Entry records in our Freight system and ensure an accurate level of data quality.
  • Shipment monitoring and filing/closure of shipping documents.
  • Other necessary tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in customer service handling of customers accounts
  • Good knowledge of shipping procedures
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate
  • Able to start work with short notice preferred.
