Job Responsibilities
Store Management: Responsible for daily operations, including employee scheduling, merchandise display, sales, and customer service.
Purchasing and Inventory Control: Coordinate seafood procurement with suppliers to ensure freshness and sufficient supply, and manage inventory levels to reduce waste.
Quality and Hygiene Supervision: Ensure all products meet food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
Employee Training and Management: Guide and train store staff, and supervise service quality and sales performance.
Sales and Profit Management: Develop sales strategies, monitor daily sales reports, and achieve performance targets.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Marketing Promotion: Assist in planning promotional activities to increase store exposure and sales volume.
Reporting and Presentation: Regularly report operational status, sales data, and improvement suggestions to company management.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience experience in seafood or food processing is preferred.
Willing to work overtime and shift work.
