The SEA Service Admin and Service Sales will lead and enhance service administration and backend operations across Southeast Asia using DHR Lean principles. The role focuses on achieving operational metrics, optimizing resources, and delivering timely reports. Key responsibilities include establishing standardized service support processes, collaborating with sales operations to drive business growth, managing dealer service teams effectively, and significantly improving customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Head of Service for SEA & TW and is part of the Service Organization, covering Southeast Asia with regional travel.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage Service Operations: Oversee end-to-end service contract management, warranty and repair coordination, billing, service calls, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Support Business and Process Excellence: Handle service quotations, inventory, and inquiries document backend processes and ensure data accuracy through SAP and SFDC.
  • Drive Growth and Continuous Improvement: Conduct service pricing reviews, support service sales initiatives, and perform data analysis to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • 2 years of service management experience in aftersales service admin, delivery and service sales function
  • Good language skill in both English and Chinese

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Aftersales Service in healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of Leica or other microscopy products.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to Singapore (minimum 3 times a week)
