Job Description

Job Purpose And Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, consolidate and analyze Sales and P&L reports for ID SEA: Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore for Actual, Plan/RLBE forecast, Confirmation as required by APAC Finance including Flash report, DSO, DOH, SG&A, margin fall-through and mix drivers.
  • Pricing Analysis and Profitability Review including GMI reporting
  • Perform end-to-end sales reporting – primary, secondary/tertiary sales and perform distributor inventory analysis and review
  • Prepare monthly revenue accruals and submit distributor related claims to GBS for P&L booking with full reconcilations against action credit notes issued
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Review
  • Support day-to-day operations/Distributors management: Process, validate and verify all Distributor claims (distributor margins, forex, inventory claims, value-added expenses etc) against distributor contracts and raise disputes or perform reconciliations as necessary
  • Leverage digital tools (eg. Power BI) to streamline processes and minimize errors. Utilize digital tools to drive actionable insight and publish reports to business partners for country level reviews
  • Maintain controls to ensure integrity of assets and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, guidelines and internal controls.
  • Responsible for compliance around balance sheet reconciliations and works with both internal/external audit requests.
  • Provide ad hoc support and solutions to meet business initiatives, planning and reporting requirements; use of innovative thinking is required. Plans/leads projects and analyzes results to present recommendations to leadership.
  • Frequent inter-and intra-divisional collaborations; represents area as a prime contact on projects.

Minimum Experience Required

  • Degree in Finance or Accountancy or related subjects
  • Minimum 5-8 years of business controlling experience in multinational, customer-oriented environment (Experience in FP&A is highly advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong can-do attitude: Innovative and collaborative with a passion for quality and efficiency
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn / leverage on digital tools eg. Power Automate and Power BI
