Job Description
- Lead and oversee regional projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to support project execution.
- Establish and implement project governance frameworks, operational processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across markets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, commercial, and support functions to drive project alignment and execution.
- Support the development of business plans, commercial strategies, and service offerings based on market opportunities and customer requirements.
- Monitor project performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project performance.
- Prepare and present project updates, business reviews, and performance reports to regional leadership
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- Significant experience working within the data center, critical infrastructure, engineering, facilities management, energy, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and operational excellence frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading regional teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
- Experience working across culturally diverse environments within Southeast Asia.
- Ability to balance technical, operational, and commercial considerations when making decisions.
