You will focus on developing + diversifying business in line with financial + volume targets. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
Proven experience in sea freight sales (FCL/LCL, imports/exports), with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Solid understanding of logistics processes and documentation, including Incoterms, customs regulations, and carrier requirements.
Strong customer acquisition and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to develop long‑term partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of presenting solutions and closing deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and logistics platforms, with strong analytical skills to track performance and identify opportunities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operations and customer care teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Commercial awareness and market knowledge, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and adapt to industry trends.
