Responsibilities:
Drive sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with local teams, setting KPIs, action plans, and budgets with strong performance controls.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships nationwide through key account management, regular engagement, and targeted events.
Lead major customer negotiations and maintain senior-level relationships.
Manage customer databases, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
Identify training needs and deliver product and market training for distributors and customers.
Hold full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and cost control.
Manage daily business operations and ensure all functions operate efficiently and effectively.
Provide strong leadership to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Drive talent development through coaching, training, and career progression.
Requirements:
Degree/Masters in Engineering / Business
At least 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with 5 years in P&L responsibilities
Experience in E-Commerce and Channel Management
