- This role requires close collaboration with Advertising, Interactive, Channel, Retail, Partner Communications, as well as Product Marketing and PR teams, and will need to nurture key relationships with Marcom/Marketing Functional Leads, Producers, Sales, Services and Finance organizations in the SEA region.
- In addition this role will lead the brand team to ensure synergy and alignment across all Lines of Business as well as markets and functions.
Brand Responsibilities include
- Lead the SEA Brand team in driving goals, integration and development of initiative briefs to tackle Geo specific problems and opportunities.
- Know the competitive landscape, market share data, key challenges, market trends as well as the social/PR sentiment around products that you lead.
- You will lead all SEA Marcom localization work for the products that you lead, ensuring consistency in messaging across all functional deliverables and that overall timelines are met.
- You will be a single point of contact for new product launches from an overall process, communications and deliverables perspective, representing SEA's needs with WW Marcom.
- Provide briefings on new product launches to both Geo Marcom and Sales teams.
- Lead the development of the annual Marketing plan collaborating across all Marcom functions as well as Education, Enterprise, PR, Sales and Finance where relevant.
- Develop insight-driven marketing briefs that will inspire the best possible work.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Marcom teams to identify and prioritize key marketing challenges and opportunities for the region.
- Provide the local and WW teams with regular SEA-specific insights, competitive reviews and market snapshots that could impact briefs and subsequent creative work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in communications, advertising, or related fields.
- 15-20 years of proven experience in creatively-driven agency (preferred) or client organization, preferred but not limited to the computer, software and internet services industry in SEA region.

- Able to partner closely with several business partners for strategic positioning and marketing plans integration.
- Highly collaborative, establish trust, credibility, and influence across multiple partners in a highly matrix organization.

- Have experience supporting, understanding, and improving the creative process while balancing the needs of a creatively driven organization with an analytical and disclosed approach to marketing.
