Scrum Master/Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing scope and timeline of projects.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standups.
• Act as the point of contact for external communications (e.g. vendors or stakeholders).
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Help teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Provide guidance to team members in Agile frameworks.

What we are looking for:

• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Strong experience in managing business, IT and senior stakeholders
• Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts
• Sound understanding of the technical aspects of Systems integration in an environment with diverse technologies
• Selfdriven, creative and teamoriented person with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required
• Working experience in using project management software to track, monitor, and reporting of project progress and producing reports
• Proven record in managing external contractors and monitoring and reporting progress
• Preferably more than 3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum master certification will be an added advantage.
