Job Description
- Act as a leader to the Scrum team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and clear.
- Track and report on team progress, velocity and sprint health to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Accountable for establishing Scrum on team level and scaling our setup on enterprise level.
- Remove any impediments that may hinder the teams progress and help resolve conflicts or issues that arise.
- Managing dependencies across multiple inter-related projects/products, managing and reporting status of product roadmap and/ or project status to support effective decision making.
- Developing and advocate project/product & change artefacts during the change lifecycle.
- Enable the team to actively own and surface dependencies and risks or escalate in a timely manner.
- Responsible for Teams effectiveness, coaching an improvement culture by focusing on continuous improvements, visualize and measure team flow, ensures impediments to the team are quickly removed.
- Surfacing up team metrics and helping the team understand their metrics and self-reflect and experiment.
- Supporting/Coaching the product owner in backlog management towards product roadmap aligning to organizational goals.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members as well as stakeholders, remove obstacles and emphasize teamwork.
- Demonstrates a personal growth mindset Lifelong learning, continuous self-improvement, and the ability to always adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates proactiveness and self-organization, empathy, and interpersonal conflict resolution skills.
