Scrum Master to join their operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate delivery team ceremonies
- Facilitate removal of impediments and mitigates risks for the delivery team
- Coach the delivery team on following through on actions from retrospectives or inspect and adapt sessions
- Work with delivery team to establish working agreements (e.g. Definition of Ready, Definition of Done)
- Work with teams on continuous improvement, cycle time reduction, and maximizing the flow of value
- Establishes and facilitates collaboration across delivery teams
- Create a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in an agile role
