We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring teams operate efficiently while continuously improving their Agile practices.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to remove impediments, and a passion for fostering high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization
- Promote collaboration between development, QA, business stakeholders, and management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Support Agile transformation initiatives when required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (e.g., software engineering, QA, DevOps)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Experience working in distributed or multi-location teams
- Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
