Job Description
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for agile teams.
- Support the team in identifying and removing any impediments to progress.
- Ensure effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Promote agile practices and principles within the organisation.
- Monitor and track the progress of sprints and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Assist in the prioritisation and management of the product backlog.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile methodologies.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of team progress and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Scrum Master Should Have
- Proven experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong understanding of technology processes and frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Capability to drive continuous improvement within teams.
