Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices

• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders

• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and issues

• Ensure Agile delivery aligns with banking regulations, compliance, and governance

• Promote continuous improvement and team performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Hands-on experience in banking or financial services (e.g. retail banking, corporate banking, payments, cards, lending)

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams

• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
