Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the software development team for all technical requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, document functional and non-functional specifications, and validate them with stakeholders.
• Break down customer requirements into clear, structured software development tasks and allocate them to appropriate team members.
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of development tasks, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and project management.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to software architecture and design decisions when necessary.
• Track and report project milestones, development status, and resource utilization to management.
• Promote best practices in software development, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD, and code quality.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in related fields e.g. Software Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and translating them into development deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in web application full tech stack - e.g., Javascript, Python, React, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Background in delivering enterprise-grade or mission-critical software systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD platforms.
• Proficient in Vietnamese to communicate to offshore development team
