Scrum Master (AI & Data Governance)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile product teams within the AI & Data Governance portfolio. The candidate will drive Agile delivery across three concurrent workstreams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, track delivery metrics, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinements, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams/workstreams.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs.
- Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, and Agile reporting.
- Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide executive status updates and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Agile certification: CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM, or equivalent.
- Strong Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting expertise.
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in AI, Data Governance, Data Management, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Responsible AI initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise product organizations and distributed global teams.
Availability:
- Ability to support both U.S. Eastern Time (ET) and India Standard Time (IST) work schedules.
