Conceptualise content for TV and digital platforms
Conduct research and write programme proposals for single, serial dramas, info-educational and entertainment programmes for Tamil productions
Write content scripts for various genres: dramas, children's, info-ed, entertainment, as assigned; as well as scripts for interstitials, trailers and digital stories uploads
Prepare concept submissions for pitching and management presentations
Produce generic and episodic storylines
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Media, Communication, Creative Writing or equivalent
Excellent writing skills
3-5 years of writing and scripting experience is essential
Strong interest in television and media
Effectively bilingual in English and Tamil for business purposes.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and with the public
