Purpose and Objective

As the SEA Solution Advisory Manager for SCM solutions, you will lead and inspire a team of Solution Advisors across a diverse Southeast Asia market, helping high growth customers shape and accelerate their supply chain transformation. Working in close collaboration with the Head of SCM Sales for SEA, you will be responsible for enabling your team to deliver compelling solution demonstrations, carry out effective discovery, support customer engagements and act as trusted advisors to our prospects and customers. Your focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and operational execution to ensure the success of your team and the broader sales efforts in the market unit, in addition to representing SAP as a thought leader in this space.

What you'll build:
. Lead and mentor a team of Solution Advisors across SEA, fostering professional growth and excellence.
. Partner with sales, service delivery and other stakeholders to design tailored demonstrations that showcase the business value of strategic solutions within the SAP SCM portfolio.
. Ensure consistent delivery of effective, value-based demos and proof-of-value engagements.
. Establish a strong feedback loop between customers and internal teams to drive ongoing performance excellence.
. Drive adoption of consistent sales methodologies and pipeline management.
. Own the qualification and resource alignment against all engagements in your area in close partnership with the sales leaders.
. Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of new team members.
. Track and report team performance against defined goals and sales targets.

What you bring:
. Proven experience leading customer success teams in customer driven engagements, with a proven track record, including 2-3 years in a solution leadership or senior presales role.
. Outstanding ability to communicate, coach, and inspire teams to achieve peak performance
. Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
. Solid organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
. Strong understanding of customer adoption and product consumption strategies
. Demonstrated success in managing KPIs and driving measurable business outcomes
. Collaborative team leader and team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
. In depth knowledge of SAP SCM capabilities and S/4HANA
. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale complex multi-solution customer engagements
. Experience with value-based selling methodologies.

KPI Management:
. Result-oriented leader with a strong focus on achieving the organization's key performance indicators:
o Net booking targets
o Consumed ACV
o Pipeline health KPIs
. Monitor team resource utilization to ensure teams are not overloaded and priorities are managed correctly
. Monitor progress against KPIs, provide actionable insights, and adapt strategies as needed to meet organizational objectives.
