Job Description
- Coordinate with the factory on quality issues relating to spare parts.
- Collaborate with related departments on quality issues and improvements.
- Work with logistics on warehouse activities related to quality improvements.
- Identify potential quality issues or improvements from customer feedback.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Test products or services to identify areas for improvement.
- Document testing results and maintain records for analysis.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Report on quality metrics and performance to management.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
