SCL Engineer (Mining Operations for Tunnel)

Job Description

. Carrying out Sprayed Concrete Lining(SCL) works and all related works to the mining operations for the construction of Tunnels.

. Identifying and resolving issues associated with the tunnel construction, including excavation / backfilling, lining, ventilation, and safety systems.

. Overseeing the works to ensure compliance with LTA specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

. Exercise good control of tunnel linings application, reinforcement, and utility installations to ensure quality work of tunnel construction.

. Compile daily activity reports and document an accurate account of site conditions, materials, and work completed.

. Attend meetings for the review of results of tunnel Mining Works performance in parallel with other related monitoring results to prepare for follow-on works.

. Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for optimizing tunnelling efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Job Responsibilities

. Minimum 5 years of experience in LTA underground tunnelling works in Singapore.

. Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

. Competent in the field of SCL works.

. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
