Job Description

  • Conduct affinity maturation and enzyme engineering using integrated dry-lab () and in approaches
  • Design and execute selection strategies, including assay development, to support lead asset characterization, prioritization, and optimization
  • Perform and analyse proteinprotein binding and enzyme kinetics data to guide iterative optimization cycles
  • Transitioning to lead proteomics-driven experiments to identify novel biomarkers and validate their therapeutic druggability.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation, support training of junior staff and other assigned research duties

  • PhD in Protein Engineering, Biochemistry or a related life sciences field
  • Experience in binding/kinetic assays, affinity maturation and/or enzyme engineering, computational protein design, sequence analysis and variant prioritization
  • Understanding of proteinprotein interactions, enzyme kinetics, and developability considerations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate scientific results effectively
  • 1-2+ years of postdoc experience in the above areas is a plus
