Key Responsibilities
1) Curriculum & Training
- Design and deliver advanced Olympiad-focused lessons in Science.
- Develop challenging problem sets, mock tests, and experimental tasks aligned with Olympiad standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions, including theory, lab work, and critical thinking exercises.
2) Student Mentorship
- Identify and nurture high-potential students for Olympiad participation.
- Provide individualized coaching to enhance students&apos problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Motivate and inspire students to excel in competitive environments.
3) Competition Preparation
- Stay updated on trends and changes in Olympiad syllabi and competition formats.
- Work closely with the Science Department to integrate Olympiad training with the school curriculum.
- Track and report student progress to parents and school management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Science, preferably with Olympiad experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching Science at primary/secondary levels, with a focus on Olympiad training.
