Science Lab Attendant - Aljunied

Contract Period: From 3 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 11 months.

Working hours:

. Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

. Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

. To set-up and distribute chemicals, materials and apparatuses for science daily practical sessions, internal exams, GCE O Level Exams and other science activities.

. To clear up after every lab session by ensuring proper disposal of chemicals / materials. Wipe and clean the tables and ensure that the floor is clean.

. To check that all apparatuses are in good working condition and carry out minor repairs of apparatus and equipment when necessary.

. To maintain lab safety and provide assistance to teachers handling accidents.

. To take part in the checking of inventory stocks.

. Any other ad-hoc duties as arranged and assigned by the school.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

. PSLE qualifications

. Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and the ability to multi-task.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Preferably with laboratory experience in a school environment.
