Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2:00pm

Scope of Services

1. Assist subject teachers in setting up the Science lab and preparing apparatus for lessons.

2. Support teachers during experiments and Science Practical tasks.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lab, equipment, and apparatus.

4. Manage borrowing and return of items from the Science Lab with proper documentation.

5. Assist in procurement of lab materials, apparatus, and chemicals.

6. Maintain inventory records for the Science Room.

7. Support outdoor learning trails conducted by the school.

8. Water plants in Eco and Racial Harmony Gardens and report any issues to the HOD Science.

9. Oversee landscaping and pond maintenance in the gardens, liaise with external contractors, and sign off on completed work.

10. Provide general administrative support and support resource preparation for other departments during school holidays.

11. Assist in preparing teaching resources for non-Science subjects as needed.

12. Feed and clean tortoise enclosures in the Racial Harmony Garden.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum ITE / GCE N Level certificate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and work dedication

• School experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
