Achievers Dream Chemistry Specialist is a growing education organization focused on helping students succeed in Science and Chemistry.

We operate multiple locations across Singapore and run one of the few tuition centres with an NEA-approved chemistry laboratory, where students learn through both structured lessons and real experiments.

As we expand and open new outlets, we are looking for passionate individuals interested in working as a Science teacher, Chemistry teacher, or Chemistry tutor to support students in their academic journey.

Fresh graduates who enjoy explaining concepts and working with students are encouraged to apply. Structured training will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Teach Primary Science and Secondary Chemistry (GCE N, O and A Levels) using our structured teaching methodology.
• Guide students through concepts, problem-solving strategies, and exam preparation.
• Support students in building confidence and improving their academic performance.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching delivery.

Educators who successfully complete a 3-year contract and demonstrate strong performance may be eligible for a completion bonus of up to $10,000.

Work Schedule

Candidates should be available for: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends or 4 weekdays and 1 weekend

• Weekdays: 1 PM - 9 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Requirements

• NIE-trained candidates or individuals with a Chemistry degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum academic results: O-Level Chemistry: A1 or A2 or A-Level Chemistry: B
• Teaching experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
• This is a full-time role requiring professional commitment during the contract period.
