Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Manage frontline reception block operations by welcoming students, parents, visitors, contractors, and guests.
- Operate telephone networks, patch incoming calls, and resolve general enquiries in person, via phone, or through email.
Security & Compliance Registry
- Control school check-in procedures by verifying and managing log sheets for external contractors, enrichment trainers, and CCA instructors.
- Maintain high professional presentation by keeping the counter and reception lobby neat, organized, and presentable.
Logistics & Clerical Support
- Process all arriving corporate mail elements, courier parcels, and official deliveries.
- Pack and distribute incoming administrative or curriculum collaterals received from MOE and external agencies.
- Execute general office administrative workflows, including filing, photocopying, scanning, laminating, and faxing materials.
Student Triage & Ad-Hoc Duties
- Render basic care to sick or injured students resting in the office bay, and coordinate emergency calls to parents.
- Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned by the school leaders based on institutional operational needs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum completion of a Secondary School Education level.
- Experience: Strictly requires at least 1 year of working experience as a frontline receptionist within a school setting, including general office administration.
- Languages: Fully proficient in reading and writing English, and confident conversing in a Mother Tongue language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) to assist diverse stakeholders.
- Skills: Pleasant personality with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualification: Possession of valid first-aid knowledge or certification is highly advantageous.
Working Hours: (Inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break service not required on weekends and public holidays)
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
