Job Description

Working Hours

  • Mondays to Thurs: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in IT skills - e.g Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Preferably have some basic first-aid knowledge
  • Prior relevant working experience in school will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk duties include telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers
  • Attend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sick
  • Assist in general ad hoc administration
  • Any other hoc duties assigned by Admin Manager/Operation Manager/Vice-Principals/Principal
